About the role
We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented 'Programmatic Account Associate' to join our Programmatic Team. This role requires a strong blend of programmatic yield optimization expertise, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue across a portfolio of programmatic demand partners, including large DSPs and SSPs, troubleshooting programmatic technology issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of integrations, optimize performance and maximize returns for all stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the day-to-day operations, onboarding and optimizations of SSP and DSP demand clients, ensuring world-class customer service
  • Proactive in optimizing the demand accounts and providing timely feedback to the partners to increase the yield
  • Pulling reports from various sources to analyze monetization reports to identify revenue opportunities and optimize ad yield strategies
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize performance and maximize returns for all stakeholders

Role Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on managing and growing programmatic relationships (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar).
  • Good understanding of Header Bidding, oRTB protocol.
  • Experience working with multiple SSPs, DSPs, and various ad formats/ ad platforms
  • Proficiency in Excel (including Macros)
  • Experience analyzing complex data sets to track performance trends and identify anomalies
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a small team environment
  • Logical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical mindset
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong spelling and grammar
  • Ambitious with strong values of collaboration, agility, and willingness to challenge the status quo
